Witnessing the rescue unfold, a woman's voice exclaims, "Oh my God," as the officer carefully hands over the tiny ball of fur to an unidentified individual.
The NYPD proudly shared the heroic moment on social media, highlighting the officer's dedication and years of service. "Lt.
