Humanitarian Corridor Opened to Ease Vehicles Passage During Flood in Porto Alegre, Brazil
The Humanitarian corridor was opened for the passage of emergency vehicles used in flood rescues on Friday. The work connects the Castelo Branco Highway to Conceicao Tunnel, one of the main access roads to the municipality. The site is coordinated by agents from the Porto Alegre Public Transport and Circulation Company (EPTC) and the Federal Highway Police (PRF), in a "stop and go" system.
