Due to continuous heavy rainfall, 13 people were trapped by flash floods Tuesday in Tangwan village, Wuzhou city, south China's Guangxi.
The Wuzhou fire and rescue detachment dispatched 4 fire trucks, 2 rubber boats, and 24 fire and rescue personnel to the scene.
As of 13:23, all the trapped people have been moved to a safe location.
