From the LAFD: Physical Rescue; INC#1761; 09:30PM; 5270 S Figueroa St; https://bit.ly/3Q1umSB; #Vermont-#Slauson; Firefighters responded to a two-vehicle traffic collision with two people trapped (and one additional not trapped). Crews used hydraulic rescue tools to roll back the wreckage and make access the patients. Sadly, one was found to be deceased. The other two were transported to the hospital via LAFD ambulance (approx 20-year-old male in serious-to-critical condition, and approx 5-year-old male in moderate condition). LAPD Inc #5012.
