BATCH 2 of 2 Indians at the Air India Memorial Angered by Pro-Khalistani Supporters In Attendance at Vancouver, BC event. The memorial went with emotional outpouring from family members of those lost in the worst act of terror and mass killing throughout Canadian history. As today marked the 39th anniversary, people gathered to pray and honour those lost. Some also took the opportunity to call of the Canadian government to reopen the investigation, which took the lives of over 300 people on that fateful day in 1985.
At the end, some small groups of people did stay behind which is when some emotions got lifted and police had to step in and calm the parties down, sending some on their way from the event.
Several politicians and dignitaries delivered speeches, and Adrian Dix read out the names of all the victims of June 23, 1985.
