Child injured by burning cable during fiery stunt at Revda event
On June 24, 2024, during a community event organized by the Sredneuralsk Copper Smelter at the Palace of Culture park in Revda, Russia, a young boy was injured when a burning cable flew into the audience during a fiery stunt performance. The incident occurred as a cyclist attempted to jump over a fiery wire, which unexpectedly veered into the crowd, causing minor burns and singeing the child's hair. Ambulance personnel promptly administered first aid on-site, attributing the mishap to a defective rope purchased from a local hardware store, according to event organizers.
