I was waiting on lunch at a popular fast casual food chain when a car on the main boulevard in front of the restaurant laid on the horn aggressively multiple times. The RAV4 was irritated that the black sedan was not turning left quick enough. The RAV4 driver then rolled down his window waving his arms around for the car in front of him to go, and then took a water bottle and tried to splash the car with his water. At that point, the driver of the sedan got out of his vehicle and approached the RAV4 driver window and poured his own bottle of water into the vehicle, and proceeded to punch the driver side mirror. The sedan driver then walked back to his vehicle, took the left at the intersection and proceeded to fire a gun at the RAV4 windshield.
