Hohhot, China - July 08, 2024

An American Shorthair cat experienced partial facial paralysis, prompting its owner to seek traditional Chinese medicine for treatment. Utilizing acupuncture, the cat's condition has begun to improve.

This footage was filmed by Ms. Wang, in Xincheng, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, at 2:32 pm, on July 8, 2024.

According to the doctor, one day its owners noticed that only one side of the cat's ears and eyes were moving, likely due to the cat catching a chill. Concerned, they took the cat to a Chinese medicine clinic for acupuncture therapy, and now the cat is showing signs of recovery.
