Leon Dahle Kristiansen and her family were cruising along the southern coast of Norway when they noticed something unusual.

The water looked strange and dirty, with an orange tint.

Curious, they searched and discovered it might be 'Bioluminescence.'

Excited by the possibility, they decided to wait until nightfall to take the boat out again.

When darkness fell, they were absolutely stunned by what they saw. The water glowed with neon turquoise lights from the algae, creating a magical scene.

It was a sight none of them had ever seen before, making their wait truly worthwhile.
