This is the moment a nightclub pest meets his match when he is knocked out with a single punch by a female MMA champion.

Video footage from CCTV cameras outside the club in Saint Petersburg, Russia, shows the burly youth hitting a girl wearing a delicate white mini-dress.

But as he tries to close in on her, he gets a painful lesson in self-defence.

The clip, recorded on July 20, shows the woman turning his head with a slap from her left hand before clouting him full on the jaw with a lightning-fast right hook.

While he drops to the pavement instantly, his attacker calmly turns on her high heels and walks away.

As the video ends, he can be seen trying to pull himself up from the ground as he holds onto a security barrier.

It later emerged that the woman was a 21-year-old MMA Kempo champion.

Russian media reports say she came in third in the 2020 KEMPO MMA World Championship, a combination of Okinawan karate, judo, and kickboxing techniques.

And in 2017, she won the Russian Wushu Sanda Cup.

Locals dubbed her the 'one punch woman' after the Japanese manga superhero One Punch Man, who can defeat any opponent with a single blow.
