USA: Man Stabbed at Metro Station

07/24/2024 02:00 pm (GMT-0700) | NORTH HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Police Department and Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the area of Chandler Boulevard and Lankershim Boulevard for a call of a person stabbed at the Metro Red Line Station. Blood can be seen on a ledge near a tree. The victim was transported to a local hospital.
One adult male stabbing victim was found at the location, according to Officer Trezes, spokesperson for the LAPD. An ambulance request was made and the victim was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition. Trezes did not have an update on the condition of the male victim at this time.
Trezes told KNN that the suspect is still outstanding (as of Wednesday night) and the circumstances surrounding the stabbing is currently unknown.
