The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) urged members of the public to avoid the Donegall Road and Sandy Row area of south Belfast as they responded to “ongoing disorder.” Police are investigating "hate crimes" and have made two arrests after "criminal damage" was caused during disorder in south Belfast
