This is the hilarious moment a girl gets whacked in the head with a rope swing - before calmly stating: "There's definitely a lump"."

Scarlett Bray, 11, was filming a video of herself playing with a swing in her grandparents' back garden when the freak accident happened.

After several attempts, Scarlett hurls the swing into the air while talking to the camera but didn't realise it was coming straight towards her.

She managed to duck out the way when it shot past her but was caught straight in the face when it swung back the other way.

The clip shows Scarlett grab her face in pain and fall to the ground while she assesses the damage.

Scarlett then grabs the phone and holds it up to her head, before bravely declaring: "There's definitely a lump."

Scarlett had mishap while playing in the garden in Bournemouth, Hants., last week.

Her mum Zarene, 35, says the family were left "in stitches" by Scarlett's stoic response to the blunder."

She said: "She was just messing about making videos when it hit her on the head. "

"She showed us the video when we got home and we thought it was hilarious. "

"She found it funny the whole way through though it has left a bit of a bump!"
