Girl rides white horse as lightning streaks across sky behind her
Lightning tore across the sky as an eight-year-old young girl rode a white horse through a park in China.
Footage shows a heart-stopping moment the bolt of electricity ripped from the heaves and the youngster and her pet passed through a park in Zhaosu Wetland Park in Yili, Xinjiang on August 13.
The girl who was trotting on the road with her horse and can be seen smiling later in the video, looking unfazed by the dark skies and thunder.
A driver who captured the moment said: 'A girl on a white horse passed by serenely, and suddenly, lightning flashed behind her. This magical moment seemed like something out of a dream.
'The girl's bravery, the horse's grace, and the brilliance of the lightning combined into a powerful and beautiful image, symbolisng the positive energy of nature's harmony with humanity.'
