On August 15, 2024, in Magnitogorsk, Russia, a married couple and their daughter experienced a frightening moment when a half-naked young man with a bloody face suddenly threw himself onto the hood of their car at an intersection. The man clung to the windshield wipers, causing panic inside the vehicle, but he was eventually dislodged and fell onto the asphalt. He did not attempt to climb onto the hood again, suggesting he was likely under the influence of drugs.
