Chinese dog alerts owner to water leak
On February 7, 2024, in Jining, Shandong province, eastern China, a vigilant dog played a crucial role in preventing potential water damage in its home.
The brown and yellow furred dog, a two-year-old Labrador named Qiqi, vigorously wagged its ears and body to get the attention of its owner, who was sitting on the couch with his cell phone. It then led the owner to the source of a water leak.
Quickly realizing the situation, the owner responded by grabbing a mop and cleaning up the water that had started to spread outside.
