On August 20, 2024, in Changsha, Hunan, southern China, a woman creatively crafted a bell pepper "lunchbox." To simplify cleanup and add a unique twist to her meal, the woman started by slicing open a red bell pepper and hollowing it out.

She prepared a variety of favorite ingredients such as potatoes, edamame, shrimp, eggs, and beef. The potatoes and eggs were mashed into small pieces, while the beef was finely chopped and spiced up with chili powder. After heating some oil, she stirred it into the mixture for flavor.

She then filled the emptied bell pepper with this tasty concoction, sealed it with plastic wrap, and brought it to her office. This innovative meal allowed her to enjoy her homemade dish right out of the edible bell pepper "container," merging convenience with culinary creativity.
