9月20日，安徽省宿州市，受连日暴雨影响，河水猛涨，沱河在泄洪时，导致一艘停靠在岸边的景观船失控，顺着汹涌的河水撞上桥墩，瞬间解体粉碎。 据目击者描述，事发时，沱河上的水量剧增，原本停靠在河边的景观船因固定绳索无法承受巨大冲击而断裂。无人驾驶的景观船随即被洪水冲走，迅速撞上了桥梁的桥墩。撞击力量巨大，导致船只瞬间解体，碎片散落河中，整个粉碎过程仅用了十几秒钟。 幸运的是，事发时船上并无人员，因此未造成人员伤亡。
