Chapa the orangutan grapples with dressing gown
This is the adorable moment Chapa, the orangutan, grapples with a dressing gown.
Chapa, 47, was given a blue bathrobe by keepers at Moscow Zoo to keep warm as temperatures in the Russian capital dipped to 14 degrees Celsius on September 23.
But she turned it into a one-woman catwalk show that any designer at Milan or London Fashion Week would go ape for.
Knowing just how to slip on the robe, Chapa shrugs it over her shoulders and slides in her arms as she experiments with how to wear it.
Trying it open in a daring cutaway look, she quickly changes her mind and pulls it all the way across for a more modest look.
Then, for a bold image, she drapes the towelling robe over her head.
Ultimately, deciding it simply isn't for her, she pulls it off her head and discards it on the floor of her enclosure.
Zoo General Director Svetlana Akulova describes Chapa as a 'big fashionista.'
