This is the hilarious moment a motorist chased away dogs - only for his food cart to roll off down the road.

The man was manoeuvring along a street when he noticed two canines running towards him in Kanchanaburi, Thailand.

He quickly stepped out of his vehicle without engaging the brakes to shoo the mischievous pooches away on September 14.

CCTV footage shows the dogs dashing into a narrow alley while the three-wheeler slowly rolled down the road as the unsuspecting driver watched the animals run back to their owner's home.

Once he was sure the dogs were inside, he turned back to find his motorbike still moving away on its own.

The startled man then sprinted after it to stop it from crashing.

An onlooker said the vehicle did not roll far, and the motorist managed to catch it in time.
