The 65-year-old was involved in a collision with an e-scooter on September 19th, an event that unfolded as he and his wife, Jenny Kim, were walking to a nearby restaurant.

Around 4:30 p.m., on James M Wood Boulevard, the peace of the evening was shattered when a woman, riding an e-scooter, crashed into Kim, causing him to fall backward and strike his head severely on the pavement.
