US, Los Angeles: San Gabriel Car Smashes in Reverse Into Japanese BBQ Restaurant

09/30/2024 11:22 pm (GMT-0700) | SAN GABRIEL, Calif. – San Gabriel police and fire departments responded to reports of a vehicle into a structure in the 500 block of East Valley Boulevard.
When first responders arrived, they located a white Toyota sedan halfway in reverse into the Hibiki Japanese BBQ restaurant.
Per a sergeant at the scene, only one complaint of pain was reported.
It is unclear what caused the driver to shift the car into reverse instead of driving forward.
There are no further details at this time.
