Kazakhstan: Firefighter rescues cat from tree that digs its claws into saviour
Astana, Kazakhstan - September 21, 2024
This is the moment when a poor cat that scrambled up a tree and could not get back down again for several days is so terrified after being rescued that it refuses to let go of its fireman saviour.
As a result, even though other people are trying to pull the cat free of the fireman, the feline remains with its claws firmly dug into his back and refuses to let go.
The incident occurred in a residential area of Astana, Kazakhstan, on 21st September.
The footage shows a firefighter on a tree grabbing the tabby cat before climbing back down.
The pet's worried owner was apparent the person waiting below with a cat carrier to remove her beloved cat.
But when the rescuer came down with the cat on his shoulder, the cat did not want to part with its saviour, clinging to his uniform with its claws.
