Panama, who ventured out to a local dry cleaners, took a detour down a side street and was met with scenes of destruction that have evidently lingered since Hurricane Milston hit. "Haven’t ventured this far from home since Milton and, man, it’s really bad in some spots," he commented, capturing the ongoing impact of the storm on local neighborhoods.
