Kids dangerously playing on rooftop of 20th floor shouted at by neighbour from adjacent building
On October 20, in Shenzhen, Guangdong, several boys were seen playing on the rooftop of a residential building about 20 stories high. Since the rooftop's edges lacked railings or safety features, a nearby resident, worried about their safety, shouted to warn them to leave the dangerous area.
According to a witness, Ms. Li, she later shared a video she had taken in the building's owners' group chat. Afterward, the boys were taken away by the community's property management. The property management stated they would increase safety measures on the rooftop and reminded parents to keep a closer watch on their children.
