Weeks following storm Helene, SR-13 in the Orangedale area of St John’s County is lined with debris piles. These piles, reaching up to 6-feet high and extending between 30-50 feet in length, are causing visibility issues, particularly at the entrance to the River Oak subdivision and the bike lane. The road, known for its curves and speeding drivers, is facing significant traffic hazards due to the debris. The footage was captured at 12150 Deeder Ln, Jacksonville.
