This is the buffalo in India valued at more than 200,000 GBP.

The famous bovine, Anmol, once again captured attention just days after the All-India Farmers Fair in Meerut.

Anmol, a native of Haryana, is a well-known buffalo at agricultural and animal husbandry events.

After gaining popularity at the Pushkar Mela in Ajmer, Anmol continued to make waves at this year's fair.

The eight-year-old farm animal hails from Sirsa, Haryana, and is known for its staggering price tag, which reportedly increases with each festival.

Anmol was originally purchased for Rs 11 crore (approximately 102,300 GBP) at the Pushkar Mela last year but was sold for a significantly higher price.

Jagat Singh, who accompanied Anmol to Meerut in October, said the buffalo's value could reach Rs 23 crore (approximately 213,900 GBP).

The 3307lbs (1500kg) animal was showcased at the Pushkar International Cattle Fair by Palmindra Gill.

Despite receiving offers as high as Rs 23 crore from potential buyers, Gill has expressed his reluctance to sell Anmol.

Sources estimate Anmol's worth to be equivalent to the cost of two Rolls-Royce luxury cars, over 10 Mercedes-Benz vehicles, or more than a dozen lavish residences in Noida.

Anmol comes from a distinguished lineage of Murrah buffaloes, a breed known for its outstanding milk production and superior quality. This breed is highly regarded for its ability to thrive in diverse climates and remarkable resilience.
