New footage shows the aftermath of a plane crash which left four people injured.

The crash happened around 11.40am on November 17 - during the NHRA Drag Racing finals in Pomona, California, US.

The video shows emergency services rushing to the scene and moving people from the area.

The plane crash - which involved a single engine Piper PA-32 - halted the competition.

The pilot and three passengers survived and were taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries, according to reports.

An eyewitness at the scene said he "couldn't believe his eyes" when the plane came crashing down."

He said: "I was grabbing a pair of ear plugs when I saw a plane coming out of the sky."

"It was crazy how it happened right in front of my face."

"I really couldn't believe it, I thought the plane was doing tricks in the air but that wasn't the case."

"It was so close to the ground and I thought it was going to go back up in the air."

The footage was filmed on November 17, 2024.
