Amazon driver chucks cat food delivery - causing it to split and spill open
This is the moment a delivery driver was caught carelessly chucking a 10kg bag of cat food - causing it to split and spill open.
Jordan Smith, 29, was in her home on Friday (Dec 13) when her Ring doorbell notified her that a delivery had been made.
Jordan heard a heavy thump when walking downstairs to grab the 10kg of cat food she was expecting.
But when she opened her front door, cat food had spilt everywhere.
Ring camera footage shows the Amazon driver recklessly chucking - causing it to tear open.
Jordan followed this up with Amazon customer support, which ultimately refunded the full £26 that the dry cat food cost.
Jordan, a stay-at-home mum in Harwich, Essex, said: "It was really annoying, to say the least."
"At least half of the bag's contents had spilt out and it was a right pain to clean up due to an ongoing issue with my back."
"I could see the delivery guy looking back in the video as well so he must have noticed it."
"But I don't doubt that the driver must have had a lot of orders to deliver that day."
"Maybe he just thought that we would get a refund on it anyway."
