This is the amusing moment 'Batman' was spotted riding a motorcycle along a road in China.

The rider, clad in a black Lycra suit, cape, and the iconic bat mask, was seen cruising along the highway with his motorbike in Wuhan, China, on October 31.

Footage captured by Ms Zhang shows the DC character manoeuvring through the streets with his head held high, seemingly proud of his attire and appearing to be 'on a mission.'

The filmer said: 'I was shocked to see him wearing that outfit. It suits his motorbike.'

Batman is a superhero who first appeared in Detective Comics number 27 on March 30, 1939. Created by artist Bob Kane and writer Bill Finger, the character is the alter ego of Bruce Wayne—a wealthy philanthropist, industrialist, and playboy from Gotham City. Batman has since become one of DC Comics' most iconic figures.
