A Los Angeles Police Officer looks at a burnt Tesla and tries the nearly impossible task of finding a Vin number before the recently arrived tow trucks take them away to an impound yard. These are the now infamous abandoned vehicles left on Sunset Blvd in Pacific Palisades during the first day of the Palisades fire when drivers, being chased by deadly flames, experienced a bottleneck in this area close to PCH, and thus ran from cars for their lives, taking their keys, and causing more of a road block, as they escaped towards the sea.
