The Iraq-China Friendship Association held a celebration on Friday in the Iraqi capital Baghdad to mark the upcoming Spring Festival.
The event venue, decorated with traditional Chinese couplets, red lanterns, and dolls symbolizing the Year of the Snake, created a strong festive atmosphere for the Chinese New Year.
The celebration was attended by Chinese Embassy representatives, Iraqi government officials, business leaders, and representatives from Chinese companies operating in Iraq.
The event included numerous artistic activities, such as displays of traditional Iraqi and Chinese fashion, and musical performances, symbolizing the rich civilizations of both nations.
