Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty attended a ceremony on Thursday at the Egyptian Embassy in Paris to mark the repatriation of smuggled artifacts, recovered in coordination with French authorities.
During the event, the minister expressed Egypt's gratitude to France for its cooperation in retrieving the antiquities and underscored the critical need to combat international antiquities smuggling networks.
Abdelatty also commended the ongoing efforts of Egyptian diplomatic missions to recover stolen cultural heritage.
