British Armed Forces trained Ukrainian recruits as the Russia-Ukraine war raged on.

Footage shows Ukrainian troops performing live-fire drills on a shooting range and at an undisclosed location in the United Kingdom during Operation Interflex on February 6.

The five-week training was a multinational effort involving the UK and North Atlantic Treaty Organization allies.

NATO said 51,000 Ukrainian recruits have been trained under the program since summer 2022.

The Russia-Ukraine conflict escalated dramatically in February 2022 when Russia launched a full-scale invasion of neighbouring Ukraine, leading to vast destruction and a severe humanitarian crisis.
