On the morning of 27 February, at around 8:30 AM, a tragic incident occurred in Yanliu Town, Shou County, Huainan City, Anhui Province, where a kindergarten school bus caught fire, resulting in the unfortunate deaths of three children.

At the time of the incident, the school bus was en route to pick up children for school when it suddenly caught fire. The flames spread rapidly, engulfing the entire vehicle. Upon noticing the fire, the driver and accompanying teacher immediately stopped the bus and attempted to evacuate the children. However, due to the intensity of the blaze, three young girls were unable to escape in time and tragically lost their lives.

Firefighters and rescue personnel arrived at the scene as quickly as possible to extinguish the fire and carry out rescue efforts. However, the fire was so severe that the school bus was almost completely destroyed.

At present, those responsible for the school bus have been taken into police custody.

According to local authorities, the vehicle involved was a diesel-powered bus, and the exact cause of the fire is still under investigation.
