When I walked into the McDonald's located off of Natural Bridge and Kingshighway here in STL, the dining room condition alone told me to turn around, but this was a decent offer. I stand behind an upset guy nodding off while waiting for a Doordash order, but also his own food; at the same time a female customer apparently ordered thru the kiosk, but paid with cashapp yet her order "vanished" and she never got a confirmation email. Meanwhile, 3workers have looked me in my eyes without acknowledging why I'm there so I start recording!! The one person willing to help was the new guy who honestly needed more training, but his efforts didn't go unnoticed. Fast forward and who I thought was a customer was actually an ex employee coming to see his "boys", but eventually is the reason I got my order packaged correctly! Oh, you notice a female worker finally arrives and because there isn't a manager on duty she can't help either !!
