What started as a routine DoorDash pickup turned into a heated showdown at a downtown St. Louis McDonald's. Jessica Wiley walked in to collect an order but instead, witnessed a furious customer yelling at staff, claiming she felt "disrespected" after a homeless man was handed a free meal before her paid order.

Though she had already given the food to her son, the woman refused to leave, continuing to shout slurs and threaten the young employee—even after being told police were on the way. Jessica later shared the footage on social media, only to be contacted by McDonald’s staff, not to apologize, but to demand she remove the video.
