Rear Ended Sedan Collides With Two Other Cars and Wall
Near Bellevue, Washington, northbound interstate 405 (i-405), sedan sustains 4 collisions in 4 car accident. Female driver on her phone (black Honda Pilot) rear ends sedan at 65mph, debris thrown onto my hood (MasdaSpeed3 manual). Sedan collides with a white truck and black Ford Focus, then loses control and drives into guardrail. Female driver of Honda Pilot runs to check on woman she rear ended. Near misses by truck and semi trucks. I stop do deploy flares and redirect traffic, minor injuries and concussion to driver of sedan.
