US, Los Angeles: Diamond Bar Semi Rear Ends Cement Truck on EB 60 Freeway Fatal
Los Angeles, United States - February 20, 2025 02/20/2025 04:12 am (GMT-0800) DIAMOND BAR, Calif. – A semi-truck rear-ended a cement truck, causing the cement truck to overturn and spill cement all over the 60 Freeway. The passenger in the semi that rear-ended the cement truck was pronounced deceased at the scene by firefighters and paramedics. The driver who rear-ended the cement truck was transported with unknown injuries. The cement truck's driver was assessed by firefighters but released at the scene. CHP had the eastbound 60 Freeway to the northbound 57 Freeway closed. CHP had only the carpool and fast lanes open for the eastbound 60 Freeway. A Sig Alert was issued for an unknown duration.
