The Kensington neighbourhood has become notorious for its open-air drug market as more and more addicts struggle with the rising use of the deadly drug Xylazine, or “tranq”.
The skin-rotting drug is a deadly sedative used to enhance the effects of heroin, cocaine, and fentanyl and can cause sepsis, amputation, overdose deaths.
