Storyline: Digital solutions transform grain handling in China [Voice_over] Grain production bases in China are stepping up the integration and mechanization of their plants as part of a larger effort to upgrade the country's entire grain industrial chain. This grain production base in east China's Zhejiang Province is using a "digital twin + intelligent management" system to monitor grain drying, storage, sales and processing. On large screens in the production base's control center, staff can track every step of the processing journey for each grain of rice. [Sound_bite] Bian Qingqing, Staff member, local modern grain industrial chain project: "We no longer need to go to the drying machine site. Through this digital twin system, we can monitor eight drying machines in real-time. These machines can dry up to 240 tons of raw paddy rice per day."
