This is the shocking moment a hair dryer exploded, almost hitting a young girl standing in the barbershop.
Two barbers were attending to their customers in a salon when one of them picked up the device to style a client's hair in Bangkok, Thailand.
CCTV footage shows the worker switching on the appliance while combing through the strands when it suddenly short-circuited and sparked on April 21.
Startled by the blast, the barber instinctively hurled the device away, narrowly missing a toddler playing behind them.
No injuries were reported from the incident.
