Nigel Farage joins teenager in playing pothole golf in bid to get council to fix issue
Reform UK Leader Nigel Farage has joined teenager Ben Thornbury for a game crazy golf in huge potholes on roads in Larkhill, Wiltshire.
The 19-year-old had previously gone viral for videos of himself playing pothole golf in Salisbury eventually leading to roads being resurfaced.
Thornbury told Newsflare: "My name is Ben, I'm 19 years old, and on April 28, Nigel Farage joined me for a game of pothole golf on a course I set up near Salisbury, in Larkhill. He even scored a hole-in-one, which he was very pleased with. We can be seen together holding golf clubs during the game.
"This isn’t the first course I’ve created — I previously set one up on Malmesbury High Street, which eventually led to the road being resurfaced for local residents."
Farage used the visit as part of a promotion video for his party Reform UK.
Larkhill is part of the East Wiltshire constituency held by Conservative MP Danny Kruger.
