Los Angeles, United States - May 01, 2025 05/01/2025 01:46 am GMT-0700 HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a structure fire on the 1700 block of North Wilton Place. Firefighters arrived to find flames visible from a two-story Craftsman-style home. Crews quickly adopted a defensive strategy as the fire began to spread to an adjacent two-story residence. Despite their efforts, the entire structure became engulfed in flames, prompting firefighters to request additional resources to assist in battling the blaze. According to the LAFD, no victims were found and no injuries were reported. Knockdown was achieved in 84 minutes with approximately 70 personnel working at the height of the incident. The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
