In what could have been a far worse accident, TikTok creator 'taser.face.customs' endured a terrifying fall while pressure washing his home, ultimately walking away with his teeth intact and a story that sent shockwaves across social media.

After adjusting his ladder to a poor angle instead of its proper height, disaster struck the moment he climbed to the top. The base slipped, sending him crashing down, his face meeting the metal ladder in a brutal final impact. His wife, horrified by what she described as a “second mouth” below his nose, rushed to call 911.

Despite the severity of the scene, medical scans revealed he was unexpectedly lucky. A small fracture to his maxillary spine required only five stitches, his battered nose remained intact, and while his limbs were covered in sizable bruises, no bones were broken. His right wrist swelled to the size of a baseball but showed no fractures.

Perhaps the strangest detail is that he kept every single tooth. The only lasting evidence of the ordeal, aside from the bruises, is a streak of aluminum scraped onto one of his front teeth from the ladder, stubbornly resisting removal.

I was pressure washing my house in Skagit, Wa, and had moved the ladder to fix a small piece of siding that had fallen off. After several X-rays and a CT scan, it was found that I was extremely lucky. I wound up with only a small open fracture to my maxillary spine requiring just 5 stitches. The cut follows the contour of the base of my nose, as though my lip were almost ripped off. My nose, while beat up, was not broken. All of my limbs had some sizable contusions and bruises, and my right wrist swelled up to the size of a baseball, but was found to not be broken. However, I managed to escape with all of my teeth. The day after the fall, I noticed my front tooth had scraped the ladder and some aluminum had transfered to the tooth- brushing has not been able to remove it.
