A father has developed a hack for doing his daughter's hair in a bun to save time during the morning rush.

Aldrin Tiburania helps his kids prepare for school before he starts his police shift so he thought of a way to fix their hair quickly.

Footage shows Aldrin separating five-year-old Althezia's long locks into two parts in Mindoro Oriental, the Philippines.

He then asked the youngster to rotate so that the hair was twisted neatly.

Aldrin then used a scrunchie to secure the knot in under a minute on March 19.

The father and policeman said: 'I rarely get to go home because of the nature of my work.

'Every time I do, I make it a point to be the one to take care of the twins, especially when they have school. I want to be the one who prepares everything and looks after them.'
