After placing 2nd in Canada’s biggest marathon, the BMO Vancouver Marathon, Lindsay Lamrock noticed she wasn’t alone in battling Runner’s Toe, a painful condition caused by blood buildup under the toenail from intense running.

In her viral video, she shares a simple but effective method to relieve the pressure. Using a heated paperclip or notebook coil, she carefully melts a tiny hole in the toenail, allowing the trapped blood to escape. Though painful, the process instantly relieved pressure, transforming her toenail from purple-blue back to its normal tone.
