Hoofddorp, Netherlands - May 21, 2025 Multiple people including a police officer have been injured in a horrific stabbing in the Netherlands. Emergency services were called to Fanny Blankers Koenlaan in Hoofddorp this morning at around 6am following reports of an attack which is believed to have taken place at a house. A police officer was rushed to hospital following the incident, and blood was smeared across a patrol car, while there are unconfirmed reports that two people have died. Police said in a statement on X: We received a report of a stabbing incident at Fanny Blankers-Koenlaan in Purmerend around 6:00 AM. There are multiple victims, including a colleague.
