Ghost rider appears to drive tuktuk through rain
A tuktuk appeared to move on its own without a driver behind the wheel.
Footage shows the tricyle with a sidecar attached travelling along a wet road in South Cotabato, the Philippines.
The three-wheeler did not have a rider on its seat, baffling passengers from a bus behind.
However, upon closer look, Norben Tampal said the driver was inside the cab holding the handlebars.
It turned out the motorist sheltered inside on his journey as it rained on May 19.
Norben said: 'It was creepy at first look.'
