LONDON, UK - MAY 24, 2025: Thousands gathered at London’s Wellington Arch on Saturday, May 24, for the 12th Annual Vyshyvanka March, an event dedicated this year to raising global awareness about the mass abduction and unlawful deportation of Ukrainian children by Russia from temporarily occupied territories amid the ongoing conflict. Under the banner of Ukraine’s President-led Bring Kids Back UA initiative, participants donned traditional embroidered vyshyvanka shirts and carried banners with messages such as “Stop kidnapping our children,” “Support Ukraine,” “Bring kidnapped kids back home,” “Stop war. Our children are dying,” and “Stop Putin.” The marchers called on the international community to take urgent action to secure justice, truth, and the safe return of the abducted children. The procession made its way through Hyde Park and concluded at Holland Park with a closing ceremony at the St. Volodymyr Monument.
